Following a robust process, final contracts have been signed and we are very proud to announce that Kalmar Construction is our official construction partner. Just like our team, Kalmar is an award-winning New Zealand owned and operated company.

One of the best in the business, Kalmar Construction has delivered on - and then some! - constructing premium Auckland residences including our previous development, Sugar Tree, in Auckland’s CBD. They’ve been the construction force behind many luxury developments, such as York House, The Foundation (both ’The Albert Residences’ and ’The Nathan Residences’) in Parnell, Remuera Gardens and Three O Eight Apartments in Remuera, as well as a long list of other apartment buildings, retirement villages, industrial units, hotels, hospitals & clinics, commercial spaces, heritage buildings, and seismic construction.
