Building Consent Issued
It’s been a great first half of the year for Chelsea Rise with many milestones having been met. Along with achieving 100% Detailed Design, we have also obtained the 1st of 4 building consents from Council.
We are currently undergoing a construction tender proces sand expect to be in a position to announce the successful construction company over the next few months with construction expected to begin in Oct/Nov 2024.
With Chelsea Rise now being fully designed, we’ve been abl eto produce stunning new renders of the project which you can view on our updated website along with further information about the project.
