Getting Closer to Construction!
We’ve been working diligently to confirm a Head Contractor for the project and have made excellent progress on this front. The tender was concluded in July, and we have been in negotiations since then. We expect to be in a position to confirm the successful Contractor over the next 6 weeks, with construction expected to begin in January.
In terms of apartment sales, we are pleased to advise that since the OCR announcement 4 weeks ago, we have sold 5 apartments, bringing the total sales to over 15 currently. This is excellent progress in what has been a slow market and demonstrates that there is strong demand for Chelsea Rise.
As interest rates decrease next year and into 2026, we expect house prices to increase strongly. So it’s a good time to come and see us at the sales suite to ensure you get your first choice of apartment and to buy at today’s prices before they increase next year.
